In the conclusion of Kathleen's chat with Eileen Rogers, the founder of One Creative View, Eileen weighs in on the subject of psychological safety and also shares some barriers to creating a healthy workplace. About Eileen Rogers: Eileen is a seasoned entrepreneur, professional coach, business advisor, adventure enthusiast, and established community leader. She is inspired to bring people, resources, and ideas together in special and strategic ways to create impact and change. She sold her Arizona marketing and print agency in 2019, after 40 years. Her encore career is now as a leadership coach, business advisor, and facilitator through her company One Creative View. Eileen is fiercely passionate about supporting and growing more courageous and vulnerable leaders. Through monthly Women’s Professional Leadership Development Forums, she facilitates participants’ growth as leaders in their organizations and personal lives in a peer-to-peer confidential environment. As one of a limited number of Dare to Lead Certified Facilitators, she is now bringing the groundbreaking leadership training and courage building work of Brené Brown to groups and organizations here in Arizona. Eileen has been recognized as a recipient of the ATHENA Award, the Golden Heart of Business Award, the Scottsdale Chamber’s Legacy Award, and Homeward Bound’s Family Champion Award among others. She’s a member of Scottsdale’s Hall of Fame and is a 2016 Top 30 Business Woman by the Phoenix Business Journal. She has served her Arizona community in leadership roles for the Arizona Humane Society, The YMCA, Homeward Bound, Planned Parenthood, Scottsdale/Phoenix Chamber of Commerce boards, local banks and more. She is a committed lifelong change agent. With an unbridled joy for life, Eileen loves to travel and explore with family and friends. She co-led US delegations to Uganda, Rwanda, Cambodia, Nepal and South Africa through the Foundation for Global Leadership. After a medical mission trip to Mali in 2009 she was inspired and built a village school there. In 1998, she created a Baby Diaper Drive–now the Diaper Bank of Central Arizona. Always on the lookout for a new challenge, she’s rappelled off a Phoenix building for Special Olympics and was the People’s Choice winner in the AzCA Dancing for Arizona’s Children contest. Eileen has a Global Leadership Certificate from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Business degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Enneagram Practitioner and proud to be a Dare to LeadTM Certified Facilitator.
