Dr. R. Palan is a passionate entrepreneur well known for his general management, communication strategies and skill in his field. Though recognized by his peers for his outstanding training and human resources consulting expertise, he still considers himself a nomadic wanderer with a lifelong mission to create value for people, organizations, communities and societies. He is passionate about helping people learn and perform – helping them grow and become their best – supporting people to create their own rainbows.

He has received several awards for his contributions. His Royal Highness Sultan Azlan Shah conferred the DPMP award carrying the tile of Dato’ on Palan on the occasion of His Royal Highness birthday on April 18th, 2011. Palan was also awarded the Johan Bintang Kenyalang (JBK) by the Governor of Sarawak, Malaysia in 2010.
