Melissa Cooper is a triple-certified resume writer and dual-certified HR professional. She kick-started her career in a demanding agency staffing environment. Melissa rapidly moved up the ranks to become a partner in her first firm, Logix, Inc., before founding her own recruitment agency, HirePerfect.


She is an expert in the human resources field, with over a decade of experience. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University, as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and received the Enterprising Woman of the Year Award in 2014.
