Mary Ann Cloyd has extensive governance expertise where she served on the Global and US Boards of Partners and Principals and led the influential Governance Insights Center before her retirement.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Cloyd demonstrates her commitment to arts, education, and healthcare through her board service. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board at the Geffen Playhouse and holds board positions with the Caltech Associates and the UCLA Iris Cantor Women’s Center. A graduate of Baylor University, she earned her BBA with Summa Cum Laude honors and now resides in New York City.
