Perry J. Stamatiades

About

Dr. Perry Stamatiades has deep roots in the Asheville community. An Asheville native, his grandparents settled here during in the 1930s. They helped shape the city through their contributions to the Greek community, and to civic, educational, and volunteer organizations.

His mother, a retired school teacher, and his father, a former pharmacist dedicate their lives to helping others; Perry learned the importance of caring and compassion from them, and he continues to give back through his practice and community activities. Prior to earning his DDS, he graduated from UNC Charlotte in 1996 with a BS, majoring in biology; he simultaneously earned a BA in Chemistry during that time.

He then started his dental practice in partnership with Dr. Bill Cave and became the sole proprietor after Dr. Cave retired.  Later in 2006, he also completed a mini-residency in dental implants from Misch Institute, which is affiliated with Temple University.
