Attorney Rich Sierra is the founder and CEO of Florida Small Business Legal Center, with its main office in Boca Raton, Florida, with satellite offices in Orlando, Weston, Coconut Creek, Miramar, and Miami .

During his 18+ year career, he has consulted with thousands of business owners, and he used this knowledge to write this book.

His firm’s mission is to provide small business owners with high quality, creative, and cost-effective legal representation. Prior to opening his law practice, he was the founder and CEO of Healthcare Recruitment Online, which was one of the first online recruitment jobs database in the United States and he sold it in 2004.

He is an avid student of the martial arts with black belts in Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He enjoys traveling to Vegas with his wife Sharon and listening to local bands in South Florida.
