Lucy founded the Business Book Awards, and co-founded Rethink Press and Book Magic AI – the award-winning app for entrepreneurs and experts writing their business book.
She is the UK’s most experienced business book mentor and has guided 1,000+ entrepreneurs through planning and writing their books: over a decade of human interaction and refined frameworks that created the Book Magic AI process. She facilitates masterminds for women entrepreneurs and her awards include a Stevie Award, a Great British Businesswoman Award, a NatWest Women in Business commendation and Great British Entrepreneur AI Entrepreneur of the Year.
Lucy is an experienced on-screen interviewer, and currently hosts The Phoenix Conversations podcast and co-hosts the Forbes Books podcast. Lucy started her first publishing company while she was still at university and has worked in publishing and the media ever since. She has been a magazine editor and journalist; TV presenter, developer and script writer; work-life balance expert; and has a post-graduate diploma (DTLLS) in teaching Creative Writing and Literacy. She has four adult children and four grandchildren, and in her spare time writes historical fiction.
