Jim Flickinger is the President of BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton and the author of Shooting Star. Jim Flickinger grew up on a farm, but his true calling was sales. After working his way up from field technician to director of sales and marketing, board member, and minority owner at Testing Service Corporation, he decided to start a new venture.

In 2008, Jim and his wife, Judy, established BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton, and then built it into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that is improving the overall health of people in their service area.
