Penny Spencer founded her award-winning corporate travel management company, Spencer Travel, in 1998. Awarded Best Corporate Travel Agency in Australia in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and is a finalist for 2014. Spencer Travel has now been inducted into the National Australian Travel Industry Hall of Fame. Penny focuses on developing training programs and managing the business with a helicopter view of the business’s growth, developing strategies to grow and improve the business as well as being an active member of the industry that she truly loves.
