He holds a PhD in environmental science and resilience from Australia National University and has over twenty years of experience coaching executives across sectors. Peter was head coach of the USA Women’s Rugby Team, leading them to two Rugby World Cups. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two children.
